Palermo 2+1+1 Canapé inclinable manuel en cuir bondé

I ordered a 2 seater sofa and matching 2 recliners. Delivery was scheduled quite quickly. On the day only the sofa and one recliner was delivered. I contacted customer support to find out what happened. Apparently an error in the stock system allowed me to order, but one recliner was never actually in stock. No new ones would be coming in and grey was no good. I was offered an electric recliner instead which would match, at a small price increase. The whole thing was dealt with by emails to customer service. That arrived quickly. I didn't really want any electric recliners but I can plug one in easily enough. Other than that, for a budget sofa / recliners these are pretty solid, comfortable for a compact unit and operate well. I'm 6'2" and they are comfortable with a small cushion in the small of my back. They don't get that much use as are in a Home Theatre room, so perfect for that.
